Off-Market (NDM) Deals

Large negotiated block trades settled off the regular exchange floor — reported by PSX's own NDM disclosure. Crucially, ZEME shows the operator flow: whether a single hidden broker is accumulating or distributing, not just the value. The buying nobody sees on the price chart.

Why off-market deals matter

Not all trading happens on the open market. On the PSX, large stakes change hands through negotiated "NDM" block deals settled off the regular floor — and these can be the footprints of operators quietly building or unloading a position without moving the visible price. Every block deal has a buyer and a seller, so the raw value alone tells you little. ZEME's edge is concentration: when a single broker dominates one side, that's a hidden hand accumulating (bullish) or distributing (bearish). This page flags each stock's dominant flow so you can see the intent, not just the activity.

Off-market (NDM) data is real, reported PSX activity. Educational analytics — not investment advice. Trading carries risk.
