3 Data Sources, Accuracy & Limitations

All data displayed on ZEME AI is sourced from publicly available information including PSX market feeds, company financial filings, and third-party financial data aggregators. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data shown. Specifically:

• Price data is end-of-day and may be delayed by up to 24 hours; it is not suitable for intraday trading decisions
• Fundamental data (EPS, P/E, ROE, etc.) is sourced from latest available company filings and may not reflect the most recent quarter's results or corporate events
• Smart money phase analysis is ZEME AI's proprietary interpretation of publicly observable volume and price patterns; it is a model output, not an insider report, and may be incorrect
• Fair value estimates are calculated using quantitative models based on available public data; they are estimates only and may differ materially from actual market prices
• AI-generated analysis and chatbot responses are automated and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information

5 Risks of Equity Trading

Users acknowledge and accept the following material risks associated with equity trading on the PSX:

• Capital loss risk — You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Market risk — Stock prices can be volatile and may move against your position
• Liquidity risk — Some stocks may have insufficient trading volume, making it difficult to exit at desired prices
• Operator manipulation risk — PSX stocks, particularly small and mid-cap, may be subject to coordinated price activity by large participants
• Corporate action risk — Bonus shares, right issues, mergers, and delistings can materially affect stock value
• Regulatory risk — SECP, PSX, or government policy changes may affect specific stocks or sectors
• Concentration risk — Trading a limited number of stocks increases exposure to individual company events
• Leverage risk — If trading on margin or through leveraged products, losses may exceed your initial investment

6 No Fiduciary Duty

ZEME AI does not owe any fiduciary duty to its users. No relationship of trust, confidence, or financial guardianship is created between ZEME AI and any user by virtue of using this platform or subscribing to any service. Users must exercise their own independent judgment and bear full responsibility for all investment decisions.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEME AI, its owners, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, data providers, and technology vendors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive financial losses arising from use of this platform
• Trading losses, missed opportunities, or opportunity costs resulting from reliance on signals, data, or analysis
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in data or service
• Unauthorized access to user accounts or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Technical failures, server downtime, or discontinuation of service

In all cases, ZEME AI's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in subscription fees in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8 Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

Subscriptions to ZEME AI grant access to data analytics tools and educational content. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout
• Refunds are not provided once a billing period has commenced, as digital content access is granted immediately upon payment
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without refund
• Subscription fees are for platform access only and do not constitute investment in ZEME AI or any financial instrument

9 Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to smart money phase methodology, confidence scoring algorithms, fair value models, UI design, signal terminology, and written analysis — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZEME AI and its owners. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, screen-sharing for commercial purposes, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Pakistan's intellectual property laws.

10 User Obligations

By accessing or using ZEME AI, you represent and confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements
• You are using this platform for personal research and education — not to provide unlicensed financial advice to third parties
• You will not share your login credentials or distribute platform content for commercial gain
• You will not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from this platform
• You understand that signals and analysis are tools to assist your own research, not mandates to trade

11 Privacy & Data

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service (name, email, payment reference). We do not sell user data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors who maintain their own security standards. By using ZEME AI, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our privacy practices.

12 Amendments

ZEME AI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This disclaimer and all terms governing the use of ZEME AI are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Securities Act 2015, the Companies Act 2017, and applicable SECP regulations. Any dispute arising from use of this platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1940 (as amended) in Pakistan. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
