Each evening, ZEME writes down which shares qualify for the next morning, before the market opens. During the day this page shows how each one is doing, and after the close it records the official result, good or bad.
Live results since the rule started, next to the ten-year study it was built on. Judge it by these, not by one day.
Official prices. "Result" is after about 0.5% trading costs.
Why the buy limit: a share can rise at most 10% in a day. If it opens more than 4.76% up, a further +5% would sit above that limit and can never fill, so the rule skips it. Why no stop: when a share falls to its lower limit there are no buyers, so a stop cannot fill anyway; the rule sells at the close instead.
